What is Workout Supplements Store return policy?
- At Workout Supplements Store our goal is to satisfy our customers and we value their safety that is why all returns or exchanges should be done within 30 days of purchase and there’s a 15% restocking fee.
- No returns on opened merchandise
- All returned items must be sealed and in their original packaging with no writing on them.
- Full case items must have all pieces.
- Items should include a copy of the original invoice and a Return Authorization Code (RAC) to be processed by our returns department. To get a RAC email customer service at customerservice@workoutsupplementsstore.com
- Write the RAC on the outside of the box
- Customers are responsible for return postage and for insuring the package against loss or damage.
- Items that were shipped free to you will be deducted the standard shipping charge of the total refund.
- We will issue you a full refund for the cost of the product minus your shipping charges.
- Money is refunded within 5 business days.
- We don’t accept returns on heat damaged products such as melted nutritional bars.
